This Virginian wine represents a dry, “Trocken” style of Riesling that creates a cool, clean and refreshing experience. After aromas of pear, apricot and pineapple, the palate emphasizes stone fruit and minerality through to a vibrant finish.
Riesling is traditionally paired with spicy dishes, like Indian and Thai recipes or Cajun catfish. However, don't stop there! You can also try it with a light salad topped with peaches or apples, or a dinner entrée featuring braised chicken. It also goes great with sushi!
