We’re excited to announce the launch of our all-new “Bottle and Board” Fridays starting this June 30, 2023, at James Charles Winery & Vineyard. This weekly gastronomic experience will redefine your appreciation for wine and food pairings and promises a memorable start to your weekend!

From noon until closing, every Friday, we invite you to savor our Bottle and Board specials priced at $38, with a discounted Club Member price of $30.40. This indulgence is not just about wine and cheese – it’s a culinary journey meant to delight all your senses!

What’s in the Board, you ask? Our gourmet board features four unique and mouth-watering bruschettas:

  1. Brie Bruschetta: A creamy Brie cheese topped with our homemade Maple Bacon Onion Jam.
  2. Sun-Dried Tomato Bruschetta: Enjoy the tangy goodness of sun-dried tomatoes, elegantly balanced with freshly grated Parmesan cheese.
  3. Ricotta & Fig Bruschetta: Savor the smooth and creamy Ricotta cheese, perfectly complemented by the sweet touch of fig jam and salty prosciutto, all drizzled with a tangy Balsamic Glaze.
  4. Dessert Bruschetta: A sweet treat to complete your meal, featuring Nutella slathered on a crispy bread, topped with fresh berries and crushed almonds.

And, of course, what’s a Board without a Bottle? Pair your bruschetta board with your choice of any of our classic wines: JC Riesling, JC Chardonnay, Cuvee de la Reine, JC Rose, JC 1913, or JC Cabernet Sauvignon. These selected wines are expertly crafted by our winemakers to beautifully complement the range of flavors on our gourmet board.
